How do you figure? There is 20 on each page, therefore the first post on page 51 and 101,etc. is the 1,000th post.

 

You must have your preferences set-up to have the last post on the last page. I have the last post on the first page, so that calculation doesn't work at the moment.

I had two browsers open at the time. One had the thread listed with the post count. When I posted in one browser, I hit refresh in the other and have the current count. When I posted 49007, I verified that post was 49007, then counted back. I could be wrong.

 

I have it set up "normal", which is backwards to most. The thousand post is always on the top of the page.

 

How can that be if there are 20 posts per page? Wouldn't the 21'st post be on the next page? If the first page has 20 posts on it... Assuming the posts start with numer 1.

 

Start a topic. It will take a space, but not be a post.
