WOW, I sure hope you are feeling better TWOMNY. I'm glad to hear you were well taken care of. Heal fast my friend.
From the sounds of it, a bullet hole is a little innapropriate. We need to find some 50mm holes, or even better some 5" shell holes............................................. ..
How bout that air Happa got, check out the picture on the PSAR site. If he would have jumped any higher, his tires would have came off the ground and scared the hell out of him :
All the progress he made on the steep stuff, eventually leading to Banshee Hill ( a couple times), I think we can eventually get him to at least get the front wheels off the ground. Don't worry Happ, we'll take baby steps with ya. We'll get out the electric Barbie Jeep and start there. Maybe Val can give you some pointers

Wow,
It sounds like a great trip. Congratulations, Val!
Too bad you all couldn't have stayed for the big land use meeting on Wednesday.
Discovery Point is offering free campsites to those who attend it.

We had a great drive down.......I made it to Willows the first day and then rolled into my pop's place around 3:00 on Sunday. He was still at a car show - didn't expect us til later.
It's nice weather here. Around 75 or so today.

Lots of people riding in the Stoddard Wells area near Barstow today.
We took the kids to Calico Ghost town. It was beautiful and balmy weather. Since it was president's day, they had a civil war battle reenactment. It was pretty cool. The reenactors (?sp) are all volunteers so they are really into it (compared to some pimple-faced snot-nosed kids who half-heartedly dress up for a paycheck.) I mean, ya ask them a question and they will eagerly tell you about what it was like in the 1880s for their kind of person (shopkeeper, soldier, schoolmarm, working girl, barber, blacksmith, etc.) We had a great time since it was not crowded.
Peace,
Marci
