What is the concern with Trailers at the Naches Trail? Are you not supposed to take trailers? Limited Parking?

Hopefully they get it contained asap and no larger scale fires result.
wowsers,,,,,im sure Bud is on top of it

wonder if they will blame an atver on the airstrip?

Open invite to anyone, We will be doing Jakie speed, which is slower than Cheech speed, just a little!
Are the spots big enough for our behemoth? We could head up Friday after Josh gets off work if you save us a spot

I don't know how big the sites are. I havn't been to Spillman yet, most the time for day trips we just park at the turnout area just past Effendahl.

Does anyone know how big sites at Spillman are? and if U can stay overnight at either Effendahl or in the turnout, cause I know those are big enough.

The Forest Service just made a huge parking lot for the snowmobilers about 2 miles from where i get on the Naches Trail. Only problem is you have to ride your quads on FS70. The forest service dosent want you to ride non-street legal vehicles on there roads. I think its really dumb to have that rule up there. The place i park is off FS 70 and is right next to the trail it can hold about 5 rigs and trailers thats if no one is camping or parking there. I know alot of you like to follow the rules. I just dont want you to get in trouble. Alot of people ride quads and dirt bikes on FS 70. Ive even done it in front of the ranger and she didnt care. Its all up to you guys.

Im sure you could stuff it somewhere in Spillman,,,,but most of the sites will be kind of lacking for your Rig.

Right on the same access road as Spillman is Kammenga Campground,,,,,which would fit you easily (with options). I suggest that spot to many people. Its a bit more intimate,,,,and spread out,,,and is located right on the tahuya river trail. Both areas have running water and pit toilets.

and yes,,,you can stay overnight at elfendahl
