You misinterpreted my statement. Driving under the influnence is not bs, the fact that we can only blow half of what a non-cdl driver can blow is bs, we should all have the same level.

I am serious, I know on most of your sporties the only thing that would do is make it easier to push the throttle. On mine with the CV type carb they are vacuum operated. The theory is by removing a few coils from the spring it takes less vacuum to open the float thereby getting better throttle response from an idle. It makes sense in theory. There are a few guys on the Utility / Honda threads that have done it and love it. I was just wondering if any of you have ever heard of it.

I haven't heard it improves throttle response, but that it's supposed to lighten up the throttle to help alleviate your thumb getting sore. Don't know how true it is. Yup, yup. Looks like I will be pooling with MB and Fast Eddy so I will be where ever we decide to meet. No consensus yet.
