A person is disqualified from driving a commercial motor vehicle for a period of not less than one year if a report has been received by the department pursuant to RCW 46.20.308 or 46.25.120, or if the person has been convicted of a first violation, within this or any other jurisdiction, of:

Driving a commercial motor vehicle while the alcohol concentration in the person's system is 0.04 or more, or driving a noncommercial motor vehicle while the alcohol concentration in the person's system is 0.08 or more.

I understand the law now, I thought 0.04 pertained to 100% of your off duty time, I stand corrected.

Yeah, Walker's a cool place to ride as long as we stay on the mild, not wild trails
i'VE HEARD THAT the trails are much gooder now after a parts house and 2 wooler club doctored them up

I haven't heard it improves throttle response, but that it's supposed to lighten up the throttle to help alleviate your thumb getting sore. Don't know how true it is. I say man up and deal with the pain. j/k Not very helpful, am I?
He's talking about the spring on the vacuum diaphram in the Constant Velocity carbs on the utes. I think they are deluding them selves into thinking it helps throttle response. Unless some one showed me time slips from a drag strip of before and after I do not buy it. Seat of the pants feel is the biggest liar there is for true preformance increases.
