Rode out of Waddell Creek today. Went up to Capitol Peak and saw nothing as the fog hadn't burned off yet. The we came back down the Mt. Molly Porter trails and followed the #3 Mt. Molly trail. Holy **** fat man!!! I didn't know there were trails like that in Capitol Forest. Felt more like Evans Creek's worst nightmare than Capitol Forest and we were going down hill. Up would tear you a new one. Had one roll over, no damage or injury. But scared the crap out of me as I don't like to 73 year old guys roll theit 700+ pound quads onto their side (besides his wife would kill me if he got hurt).

I was riding tailend Charlie on the way home (after leading on the way out) and after watching the other make their mistakes, I had no problems. Not even a close call, I gotta ride at the back of the pack more often.

I forgot to mention last night that I also looked at new Yamoto atv's. If that is what they call a well built atv, then companies like honda, kawasaki, suzuki, yamaha, Arctic cat, eton, and Polaris have nothing to worry about. EVER

After that, (I think Ricky was 5 and Nicole was 9) RidinLWCA (our awesome lobbyist member) said, "I gotta remember this ride when they talk about age restrictions in Olympia. Those kids can ride!!!!!!!

Well, not 'zactly everybody can't do this. A year or so ago, RidinLWCA, me, Nicole, Ricky, and Realtorrider rode some of them thar Mt. Molly trails. It was freakin hairy - I had a few heart attacks riding behind the kids - they were bouncin off the seat and going round some gnarly stuff on 2 wheels - those little darlings were like Mr. Magoo - but they had no trouble at all (I knew how bad it was and I had a few issues with nerves )

G/N PSAR!!! Angie and I had a good weekend even though we came back a day early We got to Alder and the campground was full drove down the rode to mineral and they were full so we drove down to Rife Lake campground and they said they might have one spot after 1300 so we went swimming in lake with the pooch Finally got the spot but for only one night as it was already reserved for the next day. Woke up in the morning packed up camp and headed to Elbe!!! It was dry as a bone So we rode until about 1200 and decide to come home early. I am kinda worried about Rico he still lickin' his wounds, he keeps liking his paws, you can see the red irritated spots between his toes from all the swimming and running and he has not eating anything since Friday night. And he has Mesquito bites all over his snout they eat him up I am just kinda freaked out after losing maggie but he has been sleeping since we got home and I am sure he will eat good tonight. Hope everybody had a good weekend!!!

We are heading to sandlake for the big solv cleanup on sept 16-17 (sat & sun) We are sandcamping - just air down, throw it in 4-L, and drag the trailer out to the tree line Tents are welcome too
Should be a lot of fun, a huge potluck, good folks, and a great cause!
