2lbs Ground Elk
2 Cans Garlic Cream of mushroom
A lil bit of milk
1 Can kernal corn
1 can Sweet peas
1 can green beans
1 package of seasond tots
A whole lotta shredded cheese
Cook the elk burger then mix Cream of mushroom and milk and corn and peas and green beans. Pour in a big *** cake pan. pour the tots over the top and then cover in cheese and cook in the over for a long time.. I wasnt payin attention but i think i did like 300 for an hour.... I was thinkin about adding a layer of velveta under the tots next time and then putting the shredded cheese on top.. That there lasted me a whole week of dinner [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
