No one else to talk to besides myself!
how do you find out where the next job is,,,,telegram

im sure you understand what im saying,,

nextel has been the mainstay in the construction community compared to cellphones

No trouble running out of gas unless you spend a couple hours playing at all the lake shoots and dunes up by Spinreel.
guess someone needs a rhino to pack fuel and lunch and soda outthere for us
How about a big ol ute with a giant cargo box and jerry can racks?
didn't you hear about the quad catchin fire last week apperantly not safe to pack fuel on a quad
the fuel that guy was packin was in 1 gallon Delo oil jugs. According to TP's brother.

I would probably be ticketed by DNR for picking on a 15 year old kid

Well, at least it's not safe if the gas can has a hole in it. Doh! This kind of action helps cleanes the gene pool.
Ohh.. so you recomend inspecting your fuel containers for wear? I see.. this could be a good idea
I have been wondering about using a portable boat tank as an auxiliary fuel tank on a quad. Since they come in a range of capacities and are specifically built to withstand vibration and shock loads it seems to me they would be ideal for this use. The thickness of the plastic in the tanks I have on our boat is considerably thicker than that in the fuel containers from Wal-Mart or Schuck's. Anyone have any experience using these as fuel carriers on quads?
Mike, your local parts joint should carry 1 1/2 gallon and 3 gallon flats that mount to your racks and interlock. They are a tad spendy, but you can stack stuff on them too!

That makes way to much sense to make it past the drawing board.
Mind you an electric pump that plugs in your 12v outlet would be much faster transfer
just use the outboard hose and bulb,,,,install a valve on the end

i had a 12 gallon rectangular tank that would fit on a rack perfectly

it was about 30"x18"x10"

dropped it off the rail of my truck on its corner,,,,full of fuel,,,,,just left a dent,,,,,that eventually popped back out
yeah but 12 gallons is around 90 lbs of fuel man.
If I was 200 pounds, that would make good sense
