On 7-25-06 we gave an offer. It was said to have insulted the seller. She has twice since then lowered her price and got a new agent. There hasn't been a sigle other offer. She has paid the house payment twice, and now will look at our offer. If she was on the ball it would have closed and she would have those 2 payments in her account.
