where could a fella find or make some wire racks for this thing?
Most, not all, of these types of box racks are built as hot, cold and proof boxes. Contact the original builder and you will probably find that wire or screen racks are available. Probably you will be able to get slider or turn type vents as well.

Like I said, he got stuck on the very first hill we went to and after a few sporties showed him the way to go too!
