HI dad is Maggiesboy

Sooo I'm curous now we can't even mention USED stuff WE HAVE to sell???????
you can mention used stuff all day as long as you dont dedicate a thread to it (other than the garage sale section)

maggiesboy is banned for posting links to Cycle Barn
Couple of questions on this. First, is a ban like this a permanent thing or just a "go sit in the corner for awhile" type of thing. Second, I have been in the habit of posting when I see something on craigslist that folks here may be interested in. Is that a bad thing to do? Seems a little on the an*l side to me.

It is the fact that MB is posting about a NON-PAYING advertisement. If the said place paid for an ad on this forum, there would not be a problem. You talk all you want about Jet Moto or Raceway ATV's because they are a sponser for this place.

I do not think that Craigs List is a problem, but I could be wrong. I have posted many things here about CL and no one has ever said not to.
Hmmm. Ok, thanks Wing. Feel kinda bad about the ban as he was answering a question I ask. The man was just trying to be helpful and got caught in the middle. Is this ban a permanent thing?

Our Daughter-in-law is visiting from Mazatlan in Mexico. Poor kid is absolutely freezing to death in this frigid low 70's climate. We were watching the news and they were showing snow on Mt Hood. She about went into a panic, we're all going to freeze to death. Can't wait for some snow in the area, she has never seen/been in it. Running around wearing sweaters, big wooly socks and warm boots.

Carmen is a great cook, tamales to die for. Made in a manner I had never seen before. What kind of salsa do you like? She makes everything from hot enough to boil the water out of a toilet the next day to sweet and mild. I spent some time with the kids last winter helping them remodel a building they bought and became addicted to stuff in a tortilla. Salsa is really best when it is nice and fresh. Cactus salsa made from leaves just picked off the plant is amazing. If you buy the leaves in the store it's just not the same. Let me know what you prefer and I'll see if she can give you quantities of what to mix and how. Most of the time she just puts in "some of this and that".
