Old PSAR thread - please see the new one
I haven't spoken in the open forum about my comments that I made some time back that got everyone in a bit of an uproar.
I want to reiterate what I said that night. I said that I didn't think that this thread was the place for gun talk. Sure, I was sarcastic in my approach. For that I have privately spoken to and expressed what I meant to those I wanted to clear things up with.
Im sorry to see two very good freinds decide that this forum isn't what myself and they thought it should be used for.
Right after I caused the uproar, I went and looked at the other largest "where to ride" threads. I looked at and digested what they have to talk about on thier thread and it reminded me of what we normally talked about on here.
Quad riding get-togethers. Camping trips. Quad repair. All things like that. Sure we have our talks about home repair, get well wishes when someone is sick. Thats what freinds do.
Once again my personal feelings towards guns has nothing to do with how I re-acted that evening.
Berta and I still have alot of freinds on here and we will continue to do stuff with them. But, I too feel this is not the forum it once was.

My battery's not responding on the 660, would a trickle charger help?

You'll have to excuse Bear, he's not only dirt old and half deaf, he's blind as a bat without his glasses, he probably just misplaced them

I had trouble with the jet-ski batteries because I hadn't used them or charged them in a while and they wouldn't take a charge. I was told to charge them at 10 amps for an hour or so (if it's a water battery), until the cells were bubbling, then put it down to a trickle charge. Worked great. Sometimes they just need a jump start. Keep in mind, you may need to replace the battery soon, it's about 4 years old now isn't it?
