Moanin PSAR.. its time to put on a smile.. the rain is here. the traffic sucks.. but when the rain goes away the trails will be BITCHIN
Meaning us non-trail boss riders will actually be able to see where the trail boss is headed.
Umm. if im out front you still wont see where im heading.. Im the trail independant. I wait for someone who knows where they are going when i get to a confusing spot However. its more plesant to ride when its not so dusty and i do like an occasional mud puddle

I'm a follower. Trail bossing isn't my bag. I'm not familiar with enough of the trails to be doing that.
I'll agree with you that the dust can be a drag, but hitting a puddle every now and then is a good thing. It's a NW thing.

Think I bored everyone here quite enough with my posts the other day. Haven't had much else to post and been busy cutting firewood before the rain sets in permanently

I am having a problem with the browser I use on my laptop not signing into my account. I sign in, it says successful, but comes up blank. Like a bad version of Groundhog's day. What's the definition of insanity? Anyway, it waz coincidental to my outburst about MB and family so until I isolated it to the Firefox browser on my laptop, I figured it was related. That was my misconception.

bbbtats, aka taternuts, is MB's wife. Weeman and Minimadman are his kidlings.

Hey Bear/Tencubed, i got a Marlin model 39 I'm trying to determine the value of, any ideas? I've seen them go for 1500 for a basket case and i've seen pristine ones go for 7500. the one i have is pretty much mint, the only thing is, i was told the receiver was originally case hardened and mine appears to have been blued. Its a very nice job but from what i've been told it's not the orginal finish. Any thoughts? Oh yeah it has a 4 digit serial # which leads me to believe its a first year, and has a weaver scope.
I would have to run down my gun show partner and see what the book says. Marlin is still producing the39A and they aren't drawing any special pricing, but a 4 digit serial number??????? I e-mailed the flake cop and will see what the book says. I also contacted a Marlin collector I know and will see what he says.
Not a 39A, it's a 39 made between 1922 and 1938. Posted a couple of pics on my page.

Yes, I am full time this year. Last year I just did about 7 or 8 games, but this year it is all 20. 18 weeks of travel (we have 2 Seattle games this year). I will be back at the airport on Saturday morning, off to New Orleans for the reopening of the Dome since Katrina.

Yes, cutting and stacking firewood sucks, but I can use the activity. When it gets cold, I will be able to be toasty roasty without having worry about working OT to pay PUD for it.
