Default Puget Sound/Seattle NW Area Riders Meet HERE!!!

Stick with stainless steel flags, they never break. MTJEX breaks flags every single time he leaves the parking lot. (That is a no sh*t) After he bought one, not a problem since. Heck the flag was in tatters last time I saw it. I finally ponied up, and it was worth it. No problems in the last two dune trips.

Loki, you're a racer, so you know peak horsies only mean something up comp hill. A buddy of mine put one of the new FMF Q silencers on his, and it was still an improvement over stock yet only 94DB. I know you race more than trailride, but it is great for all-purpose.

Hey YoDaddy,

For the poker run. Should the checks be made out to WSQR?

Are the registrations coming in very fast?

Im curious how the heck there will be parking for every one if 400 riders do show up. I suppose we'll be parking at Spillman and other spots huh?

Looking forward to my first Poker Run

YoDaddy I've got the same Questions, especially on the parking. I'm waiting for your answer, so I can give an answer to others that want to attend. Thanks Jim...

Loki: I think you told me you have a GYT-R full system on your 450, is that your pipe of choice..? or would you go with something else..? (if you had it to do over). Jim
I spoke to my friend that has the Sparks pipe for the YFZ and he say's that it's loud! So loud that he put the stock pipe back on to race the P.R.O. series that started at Goldendale last weekend.

My self I like the GYT-R pipe but I think the LRD might be a little better and the Sparks is of the best power but at a cost of being extremely loud.
From post that I have seen people say not to get the DMC.
Loki: thanks for your input, I'm sure I'll have a bunch of Questions as i start doing MODS to this fine machine. I like what i'm reading and hearing about the GYT-R full system. Thanks again Jim

I don't think you'd notice the difference in power gain with sparks over GYTR, I think the GYTR is one sweet looking pipe, then go with the GYTR jet kit and your'e good to go. Besides, once you get any pipe on it, that thing will be whupping up on all the raptors

Thanks larry: The GYT-R system & jet kit is the way i'm leaning, I think it will work best for the rider & performance. As far as whuppin up on raptors, its the HONDAS that i'm looking for, OYEA those PREDATORS also. hehe

Look out, its a newbie! My wife and I just got quads. We have been out to Tahuya 5 times. I was wondering what people thought about riding at Beverly Dunes or Elbe Hills. Are these good places to ride? What type of riding does each place offer? Your help is appreciated.

Go on e-bay and get a pep roller relocation bracket. I move’s the upper chain roller up an inch. I lost my roller after about two months.

Yeah, the posting has really slowed down on the thread, but chat won't kill it. What time are you arriving at the Rock Saturday? Are you ready to run the logging roads with ole slo pok Hap?
