wow, another interesting day of posting...
Remember when we all just could get along
That was a good day, met lots of friends. I have that picture framed.
1. Does that make me family if I'm in that frame on Ur wall?

2. Can I borrow the desiel pusher in 2 weeks pops?

3. Although I am trying to remember if my wife is older than U and Dirty, I think so she's 41 in just under 2 months
1. You bet!
2. F#$k no!
3. Definately older than me... barely, just barely older than Dirty . You're just a boy....
No way cheech is like 35 0r 36, he's OLD.

After Feb. I can race in the over 35 class at Woodland, Oh wait Lu said no more racing. I guess I could just park my quad next to the track and make reving noises with my mouth
LOL that's what I do : haha Next summer/winter I will be able to race in the +40 class heehee I know there aren't that many in the quad classes BUT i will have to race w/ the boys oh well

I got one day off work yippee!

But my to do list is paint the eaves so the gutter guy can put new gutters up to match the new roof, and mow the lawn(the green one) if the fog burns off, and most importantly is slowly start to rehab my Misty dog. Not a total hip replacement but they cut the top of her leg bone and gonna have her muscles and tendons get strong and make up a false hip.

Originally posted by: tencubed I'm really susceptible to those kinds of meds and don't like the way they make me feel. Consequently I avoid taking them. When I had some cutting done some time back the recovery room nurse told me to take the prescribed amount of pain control for at least the first couple of days. She said this brings the level of the medication up in the body and allows the system to begin to deal with the trauma. She also said it makes a person more willing to get up and move around which gets the digestive system working quicker again. Seems if you don't move around some you can build up gas and create a lot of discomfort and problems. What she told me made sense and worked well. Might check with your doctor about using Tylenol to boost the pain control if you want to use less Vicodin and I sure understand why you don't like the stuff. Get better quick, ain't no fun what your going thru.
Thanks for the advice, I'm back on the prescribed amount. Now gas is a funny thing, don't light a match around me when I do let loose, I'm full and can't make anything happen, but, when it does I'll probably blow the roof right off the house

You take care of that little girl, I'm sure she'll heal up just fine

I gave Rod a choice of taking me to the bathroom or Bindi, he chose Bindi. By the way, Val was having her nails done.

Know what you mean. They wouldn't let me go home till things were "happening". Second day they used what they called a Silver Bullet. Didn't want me straining and pulling out stitches and such. Let me tell you that little bugger got things moving in nothing flat. Made me feel a lot better in a hurry. You might want to check with the Vet about something to hurry things along. Hate to hear you had exploded. If they do want to give you something try to opt for an oral med. The Silver Bullet is a memorable experience.
