As I said earlier, I didn't read back a bunch a pages too busy for hissy fits, but..............if it helps, the places for sale on our cul-de-sac are

LESS THAN A MILE FROM THE GUN RANGE (take this as a JOKE dangit! although we really are right there by the range )
Well, that's one good thing. Anyplace to fly RC airplanes? How about distance to places to ride? Where's the nearest boat launch into the sound?

Oh never mind, we aren't in the market for a bigger place. NO MORE KIDS at home.

Well, RATS. Just got a call from over at the farm. We lost water from one of the main wells. Sounds like the pump died. Now I gotta leave about 4:00 AM to go do the electrical checkout. So much for spending the next few days Christmas shopping with the wife and daughter-in-law. Be warned Seattle, the girls are going to be out and about unsupervised.
Retirment stops and work returns You having flashbacks yet??? LOL good luck with the well Ten I hope everything works out to be a minor fix

RC Planes right across the street from the gun range. a gravle pit right accross the street from there 30 - 45 minutes from Elbe, Evans Creek, Middle Waddel, Rock Candy ect... You can launch from Solo Point in Dupont about 20 minutes away straight across from anderson island

OK, OK, So it's an ideal location. Still not going to buy a bigger house here in Seattle area. Got the one we keep for our use at the farm and in the process of putting one up in Mazatlan where the kids have their place. Both of those have good riding areas and places for the RC planes. Farm has the Columbia for fishing and we have a 660 yard rifle range behind the houses. No shooting in Mexico but the fishing is great.
