Glad Nate's out of Iraq finally, should be sitting in Kuwait now, waiting for a flight to the states on the 8th!
Now that is what I call really good news.

Not recomended I got caught in a storm out there one day, in my little 14' Aluminum boat with a 25 horse johnson I made it from the narrows all the way back to solo point (across from anderson island. I thought the whole boat was gonna come apart
Yeah, my ex-brother-in-law and I got caught outside Deception Pass when a storm came in. Outgoing tide and the ocean wanting to go in. Not a fun night. Going to do my best to avoid that silliness again. At least we were in a somewhat bigger boat, 21' Carver, and had radar to tell where the shore was. Beat the heck out of stuff on the boat and lost one windshield.

stuff like that can get interesting

kinda reminds me of Rod and Cindy and the blustery day off Mukilteo last year

you really know the weather is bad when you cant stay still enough to relieve yourself,,,,and then you realize its just easier and warmer to **** inside the rain gear as you look up at a wall of water bearing down on you ,,,,,no fun at all

Sounds like a little "carbon dating" going on there Bing. Not too long back I put all new wires in a kitchen range for some folks. It dated from the early '30s. Could it be you have reached the age where "old" really is? Welcome aboard!

The "philips" brand plasma gave us about 15 days over service. The screen is black and has a red light blinking 7 times. The CS says that is an "error code", and a tech has to come out. We say Best buy gets a broken TV back and we buy a different TV.
Walmart has slashed the prices on the Plasmas they carry. Name brands. They cut the 42" from $1,799.00 to $1,299.00 Don't knw what they cut the prices on the bigger one to.
Best Buy can't beat those prices.
