Yeah, she sure does! Recently at a Tactical EMS class in Seattle, the class was asked "What is the best way to ensure that the weapon is cleared?" as he showed them a Sig auto pistol. She raises her hand and when called on calmly says "Keep pulling the trigger til the slide locks back!" The instructor was struck dumb. He just spudder for a couple minutes and then wanted to know if there was any other way. Sometimes you gotta watch how you ask those questions.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

Good evening PSAR. Josh is taking my grandparents (88 and 91 years old) home. We had them over to celebrate an early Christmas with Mariah and Nicole - we take them back to their mom tomorrow. The rest of the family will celebrate Monday, as usual. My grandparents were so tickled when we called them - it was very cute. After all those years of hosting the get-togethers, I think they really like being the honored guests [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

We are looking forward to Moses! But first, the big day. I was talking to Ricky the other day about Christmas - I wanted to be sure he knew what it was really all about. Kids can get such distorted messages. I started to get very stressed this afternoon, but I got in the car and put Christmas hymns on and it relaxed me a bunch.
