I'd love to pipe it BUT i just got hte one that's on it right before she went down so it's like new!!
BIG bore and a phat cam, then it will get moving.
Go get the Kodiallac's big brother, that'll take care of the needed extra pull, plus power steering to boot
The Griz?? those things are HUGE , I have rode one, they ARE nice don't get me wrong but just too big for lil' ol' me

As for the Dalton kit I will be looking into that, yes it has oversized tires they look kewl as heck but man they are HEAVY!!! Like I've siad before they will billy goat thru anythign too haha

Head gasket, base gasket, piston kit, hone......that should cover it. The piston dern near has a hole in the center of it Glad I caught it before the hole was in it

Years ago I had a two stroke bike that started eating pistons and acting lean. finally chased it down to the oil mix pump. It was slipping on the shaft from time to time and letting the mix go lean. Cost me three sets of pistons and one jug to find it. Solved the problem by bypassing the auto mix junk and pre mixing the fuel. That way you know for sure.
It took a few pistons to figure out my boy's blaster... kinda tough when you don't ride it. Ended up using pre-mix as well, but low octain was a contributer as well as jetting when it got cold. My boy just thought it was runnin' really good.

Thats crazy stuff there!! WE went thru about 2 pistons in DJ's race blaster over a 5 yr period & it was raced HARD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never had issues like that, we ran Dumonde Tech Racing synthetic for mix from day 1 after building it always mixed @ 32:1 sometimes ran race gas towards the end more but it ran great on either & that is what we run in Trev's lil' kasea!!!
ONly time we had issues w/ anything was when UB racing ported the poop out of it LOL, & the ports broke that was the last time it was rode nice 240 kit but MUCH TOO MUCH porting!! That's my brother the port king hahaha we haven't let him get ahold of Trev's YET but man watch out when he does, it beats 80's & 90's now that'll be waaaaaaayyyyyyyy cool

Happy Birthday to EVERYONE

Hey WingyDingyDude,

Call Dan at Poulson's again and see what they have. They may have some '06's left for a good price.
I haven't called Dan, but their website is showing '06 z400's for $4999.
I just may have to go get one for that price

They were dumping some of the LTR450's for about $5999.
I've been looking also, and the market is high on them 400's, I would go for a new one if I could.

Good luck
