Polaris makes a rock solid quad... but a really f@#k'd up design.
The carb came off it's boot. On a sporty it hangs between the boot and the airbox. On the scrammy it is mounted to the frame. I think the engine got knocked forward and pulled the carb off it's boot. When I looked in there the boot was smashed between the carb and the head. I didn't think I hit that hard, but things move. That carb is a real pain to get into the boot and then mounted to the frame...
Interesting enough, the choke now works...

I haven't even started putting it together. That, among other things, will be what I check. Time for a valve adjustment as well...

Weeman I ran the winch out and tested it on the blazer. Works really well.
Now I need to get Weeman's jug and crankshaft, and install the last O-ring in Brandon's 80. Off to the garage

Ron says the winch button has always been like that.....................I said put down the crack pipe NO it has NOT But it is NO big deal at least it still works!! Obviously I didn't see your earlier post about side panels oh well they are here.
Wunderboy took my to "the top of the world" that's what the kids call it, TIGHT squeeze to get the yota thru the trees at the entrance if it was a full size truck it'd still be there between the trees haha, but it's where they go to 4x4 around & there's a big mudd/water pit so we bounced around, dang it wasn't like when I was in my late teens early 20's LOL my neck is sore from being banged around, I think I"ll stick to the quad hahaha, but it was fun MY BOY TOOK ME MUDDIN It'd be fun to braff a quad up there but probably not leagal
Then we came home & got my car & he drove me to wally world haha, heck I might be able to get used to him driving me around
He's such a nice boy told his friends he was spendin' the day w/ his Momma
OK well you all have a great evening!!!

Yeah, but the old pony motor, armstrong steering, cable blade, manual tilt and angle, open two inch thick seat, short track, low speed ones sucked the worst.
