Did Happy sell his 700 to RG?????????????????????????????? LOL
I don't think it was his. It was an older "gentleman's" and it scared him.
I'm an older gentleman, but, I'm not scared of it
About time you responded.

Warriorqueen,
Try cleaning your radiator reservoir with a mixture of water and vinegar. The vinegar sould be acidic enough to clean it out.
Also if you, or anyone else, is going to switch to Engine Ice, you need to throughly flush your cooling system with a mixture of water and vinegar and then flush it again using water only. It is very important that you get all remaining coolant out of the system. Regular coolant reacts badly with Engine Ice. After flushing it with the water and vinegar mixture it needs a real good flushing with water only. Run the engine up to normal running temperature during both flush cycles. Engine Ice
Good advice. I switched over to it after the rebuild, then it blew a head gasket and got flushed out again, so I didn't go thru that process, except the flushing with the radiator part when I had it out of the quad. Seems to be happy so far. Plus, it's a pretty blue color instead of that icky dayglo green.

I haven't been out to the garage yet to see if the simple green worked. I have a feeling it didn't. I will try your method if it didn't work.

Thanks for the info about the ICE.

DM what do you think of that Kasea 50? I was looking on the internet at them but am hearing stories about the Chinese quads. Have you had any problems? Would you buy another one for a 6 year old to learn to ride on? Appreciate any comments or advice on this.
We LOVE our Kasea we've had a few different minis over the years & this one has been the BEST besides our TRX90 For the trails it's GREAT haven't been stuck on it once & it goes thru pretty much anything, w/ the stock air box!!
WE just put a 70 kit in ours & for the $$ we spent WOW it woke it right up & w/ ME on it, it beats LT80's, & Polaris 90's & thats just w/ the 70cc, we can eventually go to a 90 kit gotta get some different cases ect. but that's why we went w/ this one!! It of course can be pumped up more but that's for serious racing!!
As for problems we've had NONE!! WE took it to Idaho in stock form & it did the altitude changes AWESOME, it's not realy skinny or "shaking" like some of the chinese mini's we've seen!!
HOpe this helps, plus the price is right $1600 OTD

the little Kasea 50's are the top of the 50 class. Aftermarket support available everywhere, and they call haul the mail as Trevor's does.
Thanks MB Now I just gotta find the best place to get one. Grandson needs one this spring. New riding partner.
Mike we purchased ours in Roseburg, Or over the phone(541-672-6071) then had it shipped up here to seattle warehouse & Ron picked it up in a box, brought it home & we put it together we voided the warranty that way but we knew we were going to be modding it so we didn't need it the Kaseas's have a 1 YEAR WARRANTY which is very good for a mini , still never had an issue!!
I THINK there may be a dealer in Sedro Woolley again, there used to be then they closed, I can help you find one if you need, heck we have the paper work ect. to become one just never went anywhere w/ it maybe we should

Happy sunday all. Took the Norton and Bultaco to the local Can-Am deal to see how much they would give me for trade on a renegade. First they were only gonna give like 8000 for the 2 bikes and my quad and then the price of the renegade went from 9000 to 11000. They were trying to tell me something about set up fees and re-stocking fees. I'm pretty sure everybody by now knows that is all BS.
