Now that I have a teenager, I apologized to my dad everytime I see him and thank him for his motivation and not killing me or any of my brothers... this man is a saint.

I've got a 16y.o. to loan out if anybody needs some practice... The rules are he can't be broken when he returns, keep on the honor role, be held accountable for his actions (or inactions), kept motivated to get his eagle scout. Bonus points if you can figure out wtf causes his room to stink even if it's cleaned daily. Those with teenagers know what I'm talking about...

Trust me, all the hard work, love and effort will one day come full circle. It's nice when the kids let you know the way you are telling your dad now.
As to that weird aroma that seems to linger in a teenage boys room, kind of a mix of old boots, three day underware, assorted food scraps and who knows what else. It seems to be somewhat universal and often spreads to their cars. Stripping the room, replacing the carpet and painting will usually make it go away. Don't do this till they go to collage or the service.

where is the old Western State Hospital Ruins? are you talking here in washington?

I can probably give you a little more detail on it than OFC...
The first attempt at the front flip will be into a foam pit sometime in April...
Depending on how things go, it could be landed to dirt in a few days or a few months. There's going to be an article and interview with the rider, Chris Webb, in the June issue of ATV Sport, and the flip should also be featured in Huevos 10 when it's released in November. We're doing a promotional photoshoot with Chris for the magazine this weekend at the old Western State Hospital Ruins. It was supposed to be set up for Saturday, but it doesn't look like the weather will cooperate, so we may postpone it until Sunday. We'll be there most of the day, so if anyone wants to come out and just hang out and watch, they are more than welcome to.

OK...The photo shoot is going to be on Sunday at the old Western State Hospital Ruins at Fort Steilacoom Park. We will get there some time around 10am and anticipate being there for at least 3-4 hours...probably longer.
I need to warn anyone that is bringing kids, some of the structures are not stable and not safe to climb on, there is also lots of broken glass and debris so please be careful and keep an eye on the little ones.
For those of you that haven't been there before, here is a little Preview of what the place is like.
Here are directions for anyone coming from the Northend
Here are the directions if you are coming from the South
Once you get to the park, go to the left at the main gate. Follow the road all the way in. Go past the kids play area, at the end of the road is a large parking lot on the left, parking is free. The ruins are located at the top of the hill that is sort of to the right of the parking lot. Some of the ruins should be visible from the parking lot. Hope to see y'all there!
