hahaha sorry my oldest boy at that age was threatened with sexual assualt for hugging a girl at school
As a mother I think this is stupid. The world is going into wussy mode. Last year Brandon got threatened with having a weapon at school. ( He shot a rubber band in the air) and he was 6. Stupid I say.

that is were the school comes in and has to establish order!
My kid will receive a punishment for getting a phone call from school. it is just frustrating some things the school needs to be able to handle
I say don't punish him at home. Did he hurt the other kid ( on accident) I know him and I don't think that he would do it on purpose playing around. Just tell him that the school called and he prolly shouldn't do it again. He if did hurt the kid he should apologize if he hasn't already. He is a very good kid with a lot of respect for everyone. Don't be too hard on him.

perfect answer to this is the brand new 250ex
I think you would be very disappointed with the 250ex. Not really enough power. If you wanna ride anything other than trails your gonna want more power, and if you wanna ride trails, keep the ute. If you want both, get a 400ex or lt400. I prefer Honda myself, but i think the zuki has better suspenders and water cooling (more weight, more parts to break imo). Both are excellent quads and Kawi is basically the same as the zuki.

You are correct in your thinking. We off loaded the 250ex a few months ago.
She not only rocks on her 400EX, I believe (and don't tell her I said this) she is the oldest riding woman in our group.

Schools are afraid of administering any kind of discipline for fear of litigation, so parents are left to be the sole authority figure in the childs life. So some kids get no discipline at all, and it's reeeeeeaal easy to spot those ones.

I wouldn't punish him at all for playing, F@#k the school. Josh's school said they were concerned with his behavior because he tried to go into the girls bathroom on like the 3rd day of school (kindergarten). He's 5 for F's sake, give me a break, sorry, we have unisex bathrooms at home so it's our fault. I now believe my mom when she said they took me out of kindergarten because i was smarter than the teacher. He's 5 and he reads and writes and does addition and subtraction, no thanks to them (thanks to my wife), he finished the years curriculum in the first month of school...... Sorry kind of went off, but i feel your frustration.
