Bear and I went to Capitol Forest today. Rode out of Rock Candy again. Went the North Rim trail till it ended and then too Mt. Molly Porter for a few miles. Trails are in good condition with a number of large puddles from the last few days rains.
Saw a number of other riders at the staging area but only a guy and his son on dirtbikes on the trail. Really good days outing.

That was really starting to **** me off. I was trying help explain what to type without giving the wrong info and it kept creating a stupid link. Spaces didn't work. Breaking it into different lines didn't help. What a pain in my rear.

Honestly for now I would just forget it... but that doesn't mean you shouldn't look for a better job with a better employer My Resume has been regularly updated and posted to several different sites since the day I got out of the army. I get calls regularly about opportunities just nothing worth leaving my current position yet I was stuck for a long time in the Army now that I am out I will never be satisfied I will always look for better opportunities because that option is now available

Now for my day. the boss who is just learning computers and thinks he is an expert changed the prefrences to auto login for visited websites. Me not knowing he did this checked my E-mail yesterday. Well one of my coworkers comes up to me grinning. So I asked him whats up. So he proudly tells me that he was just reading my e-mail. I got pissed. I have password and account info in my email. He justified it with "if its not logged out there is nothing wrong with looking". I talked to my boss and he said that he would talk to the other guy about "respect" and I should "get over it". I spent the whole day mad.
I am thinking about looking for another Job. I feel voilated in some way and pushed aside. If that is how the owner feels about privacy and the invasion of it doI really want to work there?
What do you guys think. I know I wont be using the computers at work anymore.
Do I have any recourse? Or should I "Get over it"?
P.S. this is personal email not work and was viewed on my brake within company computer policy

Like Rancher said, I'd keep that resume updated and out there. I've done that for the last four years even though I was happy at my job. I had some offers, but nothing to make want to me leave until a few weeks ago. After just shy of seven years at my current job I'll be started a new one on April 23rd.

When we went out last week we had to turn around once due to downed trees but there has been work done as in a lot of places you see where trees have been cut back. We were also advised to turn around by some young guys on Sportys and one dirt bike that said there was some "really nasty stuff" ahead of us and they had turned back. This was on the North Rim trail. Yesterday we ran the full length of North Rim and had no problems. We have not been over all the trails but what we have seen it's been good riding.
