I do believe that you can file for a lost title with a bill of sale. As for where they don't check, Murphey's law would tell me that if you don't have stickers, wherever you ride is where they are checking.

Good Morning PSAR. Looks like another great day today. I will be able to wash the truck and the bikes today. I went to wash them yesterday, but beer drinking got in the way. I also had to pick up some washing supplies as well.
So I got 3 different suggestions for tires, Mudlites, Non Flat style & Round style. I wonder which way I should go ???

Rear -- 22-11-10
It has Carlisle's on it now(stock)
Trails & occasionally Sand.
This is the second time that it has had the sidewalls punctured, so I want a little better tire.

A good place for kids is Tahuya at the intersection of Elphendahl pass and Goat ranch rd. The area is cleared for the most part of trees and it has a bunch of easy trails. I take my 6yo there often and he digs it and i don't have to worry about him driving off a cliff.
