Default Puget Sound/Seattle/Northwest Area Riders Meet HERE!!!

Wow! This story is why you should ALWAYS wear a helmet on a running quad.

Yesterday, went for a nice ride at Capital Forest, had fun. Went to load up, still in full gear. Rode the quad into the pickup, when the back wheels were about two feet from the top of the ramp, it snapped. The front wheels were already on the tailgate, so the quad went vertical and slammed me hard onto the ground then falls on me.

I hit my head hard enough to be a little dizzy, but the helmet did its job and I was ok. Boots, chest protector did their jobs, my back and butt are real sore, but I only have one bruise!

Scared the snot out of my riding buddy and the family that was parked next to us came running. ATVers are the best! They were so ready to help!

Toasted ramp

my only visible owie

So I stopped at GI Joes on the way home and picked up aluminum ramps

My CRS is starting to come back! I sure did. That blows. Id say let the figure head do it, but that will go over like a lead balloon!

We are going to go helmet shopping this week. Both boys and I are going to play it safe and update our helmets. Michael and I have both tumbled and Ricky has been using the same one for 4 years.

I have a major headache today and the bruise is turning more of a purplish black - yikes!

This looks like it could be a good time!! funt imes I'm sure Wunderoby will take his yota, you wouldn't recognize it now NO bed & getting a roll cage built around it!! SHe's gonna be a good 4x4'er

So I have a couple ?'s about Easton how much are the sights per night?? And are we going to have full hook ups?? I know I know this has been discussed but I haven't been on here & am NOT searching for it LOL If we have full hook ups that means we don't have to haul H2O which would help the gas mileage Just can't remembern if we ALL had them or not

Can't wait to go!!!!!!! I"m ready to get away that's for sure gonna head to the bread store today to get some supplies might as well start shopping early that way we won't have a HUGE grocery bill I heard that Safeway is running a deal you spend $50 & get a .17 per gl discount that's NICE & where I'll be going!!! I know you can only get so many gl's but everything helps now a days

Hey DM,

Not sure if we got the h/u sites or not. But I'm sure they'll be somewhere to get water once you get over there.
I'm going dry, that means I can put one more quad in, that is if I bring any of them................
