I gave up on it, after 20 minutes.

That punk owes me 40 dollars. He fell off the earth, haven't seen him in years.....

What a GREAT ride! I like that trail alot! The dust sucked, but that's part of riding in summer.
Good turn out and it was good to meet all the new folks. THANKS for all your help everyone.
The Wolverine had some battery issues and I tried to kill off Danny teaching him to compression start it. Tires dug in and pitched the quad on it's nose and Danny onto the handlebars. Thankfully it didn't go all the way over and land on him. It sure looked like it was going to squish him. I was standing right there and couldn't move fast enough to grab it either. His ankle is a bit sore, but no swelling, so all is good.
At the end of the ride, he said he didn't know if you could make your adrenaline gland grow if you exercised it, but he was all out. Perma grin intact all the way home, in between yawns. We didn't even unload the quads last night. Tuckered out.
Need to pack MUCH more water next time.
Gotta do some repair/maintenance on the Wolverine and 450. Bent the crap out of my skid plates. They did their job though.

Can't wait for the next dunes trip though!!!

Ouch says it all for me
Thanks goes out to the firefighter who patched me up after my little side flip. Thanks to Dave for going all the way back for the Van to haul me and the bike back to the truck. Once I got to the truck I took some pain meds and was out and loopy. All I saw on the way to the ER was a blurr and the back of my eyelids. Most of my body is black and blue and my elbow has a lovely sling for 4-6 weeks. My wrist is in a cast and my hand looks all purple. Not cute. Thanks again for all the help.
Half way through the trail Happa asked me what I thought " Im coming back tomorrow with less people and dust."
What a great trail. Those hills are awesome. I loved it.
It was really great to meet everyone I have not met and nice to see those I have met before again.
Bikes in the garage mechanic friends been looking at it for a hour or so. Stems bent and A arm is cracked and a few other minors. I didnt even realize it but my helmet visor was in 2 pieces.
I really need to stop hurting myself...
Thanks again for all the fun and wonderful help..
