Ok I need to watch what I wish for. My daughter and I Went over to my friends house and worked all weekend on her yard and man am I sore now. pulled 3 truckloads out and just made a dent in the work that needs to be done. Next we have to start on my yard double ouch.
But on the bright side I am at work today and have some really cool Black Limo's in my Firehouse. (Hint thay belong to some one visiting Bellevue thisafternoon).

Good morning pSAR
the Birthday Ride yesterday was indeed different for this group. Nothing typical happened, all really strange off the wall stuff. We has TP, RG, LdyJay, Slomoe, Turk, and Myself on this ride.
here is my misspelled run on version of the day.
SloMOe showed up for breakfast......with a quad in the back of his pickup! Joel forgot his helmet, I had a spare. I forgot my goggles, jayna had a spare. Joel took us up Coyote trail (most people go down it). When we got to the little pit off of Coyote trail, I lost the brakes on my trike (1st mechanical failure). We go splashing around for a while longer and my trike stalls, I go to pull the rope and the rope breaks (with less than 10 hours on it). Jayna has tools, Andy is standing in the mud, holding my parts. I get the rope retied and wound, then me being mr Shakey hands drops one of the little dog springs in the mud. AFter a minute or two on our hands and knees in the mud the spring is found. The trike gets slammed back together and away we go. I'm in the front of the pack, I see people behind me moving and I go 200-300 yards and no more people...... I wait 3-4 minutes and go back. They are putting Jayna's wheel back on. She hit a special combination of rocks and roots that blew the tire off the bead. Did I mentioned this occured within 100 feet of my issue? The first time she didn't have 9000 of her own CO2 bottles with her Jason has CO2 so life is good. She gets back on machine and goes another 10-15 feet and blows the tire off again SO here we go again.......no good, Jason's last CO2 does not get it. Joel and Andy strap Jayna's tire to Joels quad and the are going back to the truck to air it back up...okie dokie. They come back 45 minutes later with the tire.... We finally get going again, me with no brakes, and Joel says we are going to take Muddled Meandering back to the truck...what? That thing is one great big rut filled hill! Okay, I can do this, just be ready to bail off right? Yup! We get to the part where it flat get nasty and Joel offers to hook to the back of me for the ride down.... I couldn't say yes fast enough! I don't know what is worse, having an evil buddy be your brakes, or just free coasting down that momma. Let me tell you, That is spooky. If you don't think so, try it. ANy who, we made it back to the trucks with nothing major... can't wait to do it with brakes to do it faster
We got all loaded up and then went to the Big Lake Bar and grill for Nachos, wings and some beverage. End of my story.
