Hi all,
I am new to this thread. I ride with my kids (daughter (14) & son (11)). I have wanted to try Evans Creek, but have heard that it may be to challenging for novice riders. Has anyone riden there with kids?

Welcome to the thread Kap.
I dont think I would take kids up to Evans Creek. At least not on the jeepers side. The area is very technical. Its one of those areas where you have to plan each route you want to take in certain spots. But as I saw in your pics, you have found Tahuya. Theres Capital Forest close by also. You are more than welcome to join in on any of our rides. Just watch the posts and see where everyone is riding.

Hey Sean you should have called. The kids were excited at the prospect of going to the beach......(I would have had to let them play for a while)....I am thinking about going to the jamboree...I'll know more in a week or two....

Welcome to the thread Kap. I'm trying to get as many southenders up to Reiter (outside of Gold Bar) for a ride on the 12th of June. Come join us!

NWQF and family
Hap and me
Nick and Berta
Joel and Jolene and Leo (?)
Maybe Bing and Julie could join us too and we can make sure that Bing takes it easy and just camps
Any others interested?
What about BigDaddy and Thumpie? Rusty and Torri? 2mny and fam? Dinger and Steph and the 2 four-footed kids?
And any others I have failed to mention
I would think we probably need to get the sites reserved ASAP though.
Any input or thoughts???

If your going to hang out in here and ride with us, put your seatbelt on, put a kidney belt on (for laughing so hard), hold on tight, and prepare to dish out and take all the razzing you can give and receive . Your in for the funnest ride you've ever had.
If you're looking for: A group of people to ride with, have fun and laugh with, we are it.
With this group you get: Fun rides, great new friends, a wealth of knowledge (any questions, advices, ideas, etc. you have, I can pretty much guarantee somebody has the answer, or where to find the answer), great riding/camping trips, somebody to ride with just about any time you want, people willing to do ANYTHING to help out if you need it, AND JUST PLAIN OL' GOOD DOWN TO EARTH PEOPLE TO HANG OUT WITH. Trust me, you will see. I'm sure others will even come up with more things to say than what I've described.
Hold on tight and get ready to ride.
