Sounds like my scooter, I broke the welds on the seat (don't know how in the world I did that [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]) Val says, call the medical supply place and tell them to bring you a better, newer scooter that hasen't been thrashed on. They brought me a brand new matt black one, no questions asked [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]

There's gotta be a warranty on the fabric, like TP said, you got it home, found a tear, they would probably atleast come out and attempt to repair it, remember the customer is always right [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
