Shannon asked me to get on the scale last night and I was shocked to see 199.4. I swore I'd never hit 200, so I got a date with the gym in about 3-1/2 hours.

I have a very nice treadmill at home I used to log 4-5 miles a day on, since my surgery haven't been able to run. A couple more months I'll be able to start my workout program again and be down to a more tolerable weight [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
