<div class="FTQUOTE"><begin quote>Originally posted by: maggiesboy Well, I got offered a job at More Power Racing in Marysville. The downfall is wages. The position peaks at $14.00 per hour. I need to give them an answer by COB Friday.</end quote></div>

Take that job and when Boeing calls you to work, quit [IMG][/IMG]</end quote></div>

That was a thought...... but it only betters me by $10-20.00 per week than unemployment.</end quote></div>

But it's a job
Nothing is a sure thing, and at least it's not for less money. If you are not completely sure any of your other prospects are a definate, then take what you can get for now. Better to have a job, than to not.

Good Luck, wish ya the best

ReserveAmerica doesn't work, or the entire quading/duning system is booked till mid summer.....</end quote></div>

Reserve America updated software back in Oct. and ever since it has not allowed anyone to make reservations. I talked to some people who went to the Horsefalls day use area and they said there was about 8 sites being used last weekend.

Sounds like someone is loosing some $ if no one can reserve a spot. And maybe Cutie could fill us in but I don't think the old nasties that camp host there are willing to break rules and let U stay with out prior reservations.</end quote></div>

For the federal cg, Recreation.gov is the new way to reserve. Reserveamerica still works for Honeyman as it is a state cg. You can also call 800-452-5687 for Oregon state parks and the Honeyman phone is 541-997-3641

I have the personal phone number of the camphost at Horsfall beach - he said to call if I had problems with recreation.gov. This guy is wonderful.

The guy at Horsfall, well not so much. He was very stinky about no rezzies.

Did you try recreation.gov?

That's who you need to use now.

I don't think you can reserve sites in the winter, it may be first come first served from Oct. to April.

Also you can only reserve 240 or less days in advance.

Halfmoon Bay campground at Winchester is 1st come 1st served except for group sites.</end quote></div>

I knew halfmoon was 1st come, 1st happy. I was triing driftwood with reserve america. I then got a link to the .gov, but still unavailable. That just told me I want to go to Winchester, instead of Florence.</end quote></div>

TP, the kids and I would be down with the group spot at Half Moon Bay Friday to Sunday, if there is room. Let me know if you are going to book it

The reservation system worked right after the update in October, that's when some reservations were made for Sandy Turkey 2007.
System must have gone down since then.
