About Bill's Hill, I'll have to check it out before I go blasting up it. It sounds pretty tough to me.

2mnytoyz, no riding for me this weekend. Spending it with the family. Nate leaves for Basic Training on Monday night. We're going up to some cabins up on the Skagit for the weekend.

I figure we will get over to Easton by about 7:00 PM Friday, staying until Monday. Want to see the fireworks on the 4th.

I get up really early, even on vacation/camping trips. Anyone else get up early? Great time to have some coffee and listen to the silence.

 

Hey Sean, wherever you are, when are you going to sign up for the Easton potluck dinner and breakfast? You've had plenty of time to think about it.

 

Then 2 days later I saw you in just about the same spot. I wasn't big though so the light weren't flashing. That's prolly why you didn't see me.


Why do I have to be trail boss. I don't think I can handle the pressure. I do want to go back where I got that flat and keep going west.

 

I get up early depending on prior night festivities,,,,,,but generally I am up and baking/brewing pretty early.

I also plan to bring my grill/smoker.

I can also bring the cast iron chimnea (forest service approved/with spark arrestor),,,,,Bud may approve it,,,never know (it is safe).

 

Joel, everytime I lead we get lost or head down deadend roads hehe. I just want to make sure we hit all the hill climbs and there's one trail we took off a main road, it was off to our left, downhill through some really cool trees and brush, I think it ended up by another road in a open area. Maybe it's time we put some arrows up to point the lost in the right direction back to camp in case we get seperated [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

Joel, almost forgot, the first hillclimb on the west side that only you and Bing have managed to climb successfully, needs to have a couple boulders removed so the novice riders can feel worthy hehehe, think I'll do that Friday before everybody arrives[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] We'll be there late Friday morning or earlier!!!
