Oh Dude there is no comparison I would much rather go to Red Dirt.....Much more fun....The trail has alot of challenging stuff on it!

 

I definately would like to check it out after the weather cools down a bit. I used to squirrel hunt up there years ago near the town of Gorum before the WMA was developed. Are the trails on the WMA? How do you get there coming from the south on I-49?

is it friendly enough to run my son's 50 ? how ya get there ? cost ...??? Help a homie out .

 

I would not bring the 50 prob not a good idea although he might be ok.....Price $3.00 per truck maybe 2.....AS far as getting there I know you take the chopan exit but that is all I remeber!

 

the dunes website says they are back open now. i wonder why they really closed? maybe barney had to take his money sacks to the bank.

 

I talked to him at about 12pm Monday and as of then it was not open yet. Myself and and about 8 others will be going there this weekend givin that it is opened. Is any one else planning to be there?

 

Any heard if they opened back up yet. A buddy of mine just finished his shee and is wanting to find out what it will do.

No they are open again but there is no night riding and he is passing out the new rules ...Oh yeah and the price is now 20 a day 30 a weekend....Me and a couple of buddies went this past weekend and stayed the weekend it was ok but my favorite thing there was riding at night!.....On the other hand I leave for Oklahoma in 13 days so it will be a month or so before I will be back to the Dunes!
