Photos of our 900 miles ride
In august, I rode on a 900 miles ATV ride with a bunch of Canadians and Americans friends in Northern Quebec. Here are some photos of that great 5 days ride.

We definitly are planning another big ride for next summer. However, most reservations are done many months prior to the ride because we have to limit ourselves to less than 30 riders (lodging limitations). I do not know exactly where we will go next summer, but it will be between 500-1000 miles for sure, somewhere in Northern Quebec. I am also planning a big winter ride in the Sherbrooke region (30 km north of VT), as soon as the winter trails will be opened and groomed. If you are interested, just send me an Email at JacquesL@abacom.com, I'll keep you posted.

I do one or two big rides like this during the summer. In may, we did a huge circle, totalling 500 miles. During the winter, we also do one or two big rides, but in local grommed trails (close to the Quebec/VT border). On average, every one I know easily do about 5000 miles a year on their ATV.
As far as breakdowns, we had 2-3 flats, shredded one strap on a Bombardier Quest and KrabidKVF650 from NY state had a problem with his carburator disconnecting from the engine block. But, we all came back because, we were prepared with all the proper tools (you don't want to be missing a 5 cent part when you are 300-400 miles away from the closest city).
