I'll be up in Iron county Wi this weekend, from thursday the 25th through saturday so if anyone else knows of where to ride, or
wouldn't mind a straggler along with them i'd love to ride with, as I'll be up there by myself until saturday. I will be staying at my
friends cabin north of Mercer wi, and have ridden on most of the trails to the north and immediatly west of ther...but it would be
nice to venture out a little farther. So if anyone is interested in trail riding in that area this weekend let me know!

hey up, I'm going back up to iron county at least twice more in october, so i will post here again before i go tolet you know. The
biggest reason I bought the k&n filter was so it doesn't cost me an additional $17.00 after every trip up north riding! after one weekend of riding on the dusty trails the filter gets just plugged, and the k&n cleans up very easily! I didn't notice any real power gains, but
was also told by my dealer that I should still use the stock outerwear on the filter to avoid running too lean. My sp 600 has had enough
carb problems from day one...slide sticking closed...spring popping out of place etc!!! so until it is out of warranty I'll run it that way. I
am thinking of swapping the carb out for a bigger one from aaen that will eliinate the stupid vacuum slide...giving better throttle
response and less troubles. That is if I don't trade it in on and "04 1/2. I've owned it since may and don't even have 400 miles on it yet,
so I've been itching to do some serious riding before the warranty runs out to find out if this bike is worth keeping... don't get me
wrong, I won't own anything but a polaris, but I think mine was built on a friday or something.
