Default Badland Requirements?

This is the first time out at the Badlands on my quad...so I'm curious what the requirements are to get in? How does does the flag have to be...etc etc etc. Any input would be appreciated. Also...what are some good trails for quads?

Right. But it doesnt say anything about a sound limitation.

I am pretty sure they do not have any sound resrictions. About half the bikes there are super loud. You have to have a flag, helmet, and boots, anu type of boots I think that is all. Oh and don't ride fast through the parking area, I saw a group get kicked out for it.

Everything Warriorkj said is correct. There is no db requirement, You need a flag, either 6-7 foot, which they sell there, boots, and a helmet. As far as trails for quads, you really just have to explore around, they are all pretty fun. Theres also hills, dunes, creeks, jumps, bowls, and a small drag strip/ play area. They have maps of the place, but whenever I go, quad or Jeep, I usually end up pitching the map and finding my way around. As of today, Wednesday, they got 4-5 inches of rain, and are supposed to get more by the weekend, so some of the trails are going to be pretty sloppy. If you don't mind mud, then you'll be O.K. The earlier you get there, the better, theres usually a pretty long line to get in for the first hour or so, especially when the DNR is there checking registrations. Have fun!!!

BADLANDS Thought that would be a little easier.

The park's around 700 acres, and admission is $15.00 a day, $20.00 for two days, $30.00 for three. They have a campground nextdoor for people that want to make a weekend excursion, and a hotel nearby.
