Not really needed as you get the parcel locator when you get your RAC permit. If its on the parcel locator you can ride there.

I actually just use the thumbtack feature on google earth and get driving directions to each mining area. I unload on the street then ride for a few hours. I started by overlaying the schuykill parcel locator coodinates onto google earth and found my riding places that way. Ive only been there a few times but I like Burma Rd and Eagle Hill rd.

What GPS do you recommend as I use Back Country Navigator for Android with limited success. I use it in case I get lost as I ride alone. I have a 400EX with an open airbox so deep muddy trails and water are off limits anyway. When I do go into the trails I try to make slide marks or burnouts from the turn I just came from so I can follow that if I sense im going to far in.

why ride alone? come along with us next time.....

where do you start from

here is alink of some of our trails- bobxyz User Profile | EveryTrail and check out "unitsar" on youtube

i use garmin rino, cuz it has maps, easilly downloadable , and you can commuincate with someone else and see their position on the maps- its also waterproof-

we do 60-70 miles, so im nervous of going anywhere without knowing for sure wher eim going

Burma rd has always been my starting point so far. Im new to RAC so that has always been my starting area. I usually go during the week and i dont know many riders so thats why i ride alone. Plus i do alot of mixed riding fast then slow agressive then relaxed at my own pace. I usually ride every other week or so when do you guys go? It would make my experience alot easier id other people where around
