Hey all- i'm new to the area and i need some places to ride at. I know there is dumas on the canadian river and a few other riding areas around here but they are small and flat. If you know where any good trail riding is let me know

Where do you live? I can give you info on some great riding areas in northern NM around Los Alamos, Espanola and up to Red River if you live close.

 

i am stationed on cannon Afb near clovis NM. I know there are a few places around here such as ranchvale and Ned Houk Park. Any other places around here would be good

 

Hey, I live in Happy and we ride at the canadian most of the time. There are rough trails and small hills at lake MacKenzie between Silverton and Tulia. We also ride at Lake McClellan near McLean.

 

Are you still stationed @ Cannon? I also live in Clovis and am always looking for new people to ride with.

 

I had a sweet sand dunes to ride out by Melrose....I found out that the owner of the land came out and ran some people off....I did some research and found out who owned it. I called them and they said "bless your heart for calling, but NO!!" They don't know how much money they could make off of that place!!I think I will go try mescalaro sand dunes.

 

depending on how far you want to drive i live out in beaver oklahoma in the panhandle we have the beaver dunes state park here . its about 25o miles from clovis to here only reason i know that is my family lives in grady and clovis and we travel it alot. lots of big hills trails and wide open riding here
