My question is: does my Indiana registration work, or do I need to be registered in Ohio as well for WNF

As long as your quad is registered in the state you live in, you'll be fine.

Your Indiana registeration is probly so you can ride on the road right? In Ohio, that is not legal. If you want to ride at Wayne National Forest, you'll have to have an Ohio registeration sticker, and a pass for Wayne. Like the earlier post said, if your caught on the road, or w/ out a pass. It can get expensive really fast. The ticket for riding with out a pass (unless it went up) was only ten dollars.

Your Indiana registration sticker will be fine.If you are from out of state, and your atv is registered in the state you reside in, that's all they are looking for as far as registatration is concerned. They don't expect every out of state rider to make a trip to an Ohio BMV and register their quadsin order to ride the Wayne. They are just trying to keep up on stolen atvs. I have seen many atvers from surrounding states camped near me with out of state atv registration stickers. Don't worry about it.

As mentioned, you will also need a Wayne National Forest pass. They sell them by the day, or by the season. Last year a day pass was $5, and the season pass was $25.

Quadfather answered what I wanted to know....In Indiana you have to be registered to ride state land.....however, some counties do allow a registered quad to operate on county roads. but not all counties, and those that do have restrictions
