hmm, that does sound pretty cool. i'll have to check to see whats going on this weekend, i might head out there with you guys...

 

is it more of a ride, or is there a race to be done first? i'll probably be going for sure, not like there is much more going on on a sunday.
where are all of you guys meeting up at?

 

It's not a race but to watch some people you would think it is. We usually ride moderate the first lap atopping halfway in to slam a brew. Then we go back to the truck for another cold one. Then we pick up the pace a little. You have to go three laps in three hours to qualify for a trophy so after two laps you can see where you stand and adjust you ride accordinly. We will be leaving my house. My brother and another friend are coming by so we can load up the quads. If you really want to go let us know. We will get you our number so you can talk a little more about the time. We also take some snacks but eat lunch there. Hotdogs and chili. They sell food and it usually goes before the finish so eat early.

sounds cool. blaster check yer messages, i sent one with my phone in it so we can get ahold of each other. i'll be around the comp. for the next few days checkin the board out too incase you just reply back or whatever.

Yeah I hope that the forcasters are actually right for a change. I don't mind riding when its cool but when we're talking temps in the teens then thats another story.

We finished in 3 1/2 hours. Didn't stick around for the trophies but I don't think three 3's would have put me in the winners circle.

Please let us know when they schedule the spring ride... a little rain would make it a tough course :=)

 

hell we should have met up with you. i met blaster, fender and a few of their buddies. it was definitely a fun ride. we only went 2 laps, but hell. i pussed out on the third since i had a little run in with a tree*cough* and bent a tie rod a tad, hehe. btw blaster/fender, wtf did you guys get pulled over for on the way back? im assuming it was speed, haha. i thought some bad **** was about to go down when i saw that cop snag you guys, sort of hung around to make sure ya got back on the road, didnt take TOO long so im assuming he just said to get the hell out of there, haha. =]

 

We had a blast too. I'm sore as hell now! Mike got pulled over for speeding. Doing 80 in a 65 zone. It will cost him $114.00 dollars. Ouch! An expensive ride for him LOL! I kept telling him to watch out for the highway patrol. He kept speeding anyway. Hell, i woulda probly done the same thing. Anyway we all had a blast. Looking, were you by yourself or with someone? We shoulda hooked up. We were the ones i'm sure you passed while we were haveing some liquid refreshments in the woods. You should get a flyer next spring for the ride because they have your info.
