How much does it cost to go to la dunes? Is it worth going if you don't have sand tires?

$20 a day. Yes its worth the trip, and yes you can have alot of fun without the paddles. I rode my DS three weekends without the paddles while the new ones were on back order.

OK, so who all is in for this weekend? We should be getting there around 6:00 Friday evening and will be staying until Sunday. I'll be on a red 250R with a chrome drag pipe. I'll be on the lookout for other forum members and if you see me stop by and say hi. See y'all this weekend!!

Hey 1BigDSRider how do you like the Alba CDI box?
I'm think of getting a rev box but there are so many to choose from.
I want one that has a set curve one that I don't need a pc to program.
Then I'm scared it will reduce the life of my atv increaseing the rev 1000 over stock.
Will a rev box hurt your atv in the long run?
Whats a good brand I should go with if I decide to get one?

Kfx, I have used my rev box for over two years now. It was the single best investment for my bike. The Ds was known to have a low red line and like many of the Ds owners I hit it a few thousand times. The bike need more rpm range. I like the alba, but, I'm thinking about getting the vortex cdi for my bike. It comes with 10 different adjustable settings.
