I rode at red river today and found out that sand sucks. Might be different with sand tires, but im not buying any soon.

Does la dunes have any places that are not sand? If so is there enough to make the trip worth it?

 

Nope the entire area is sand.Alot of it.Sand is fun and padle tires are cheap.Even the trails around the trees in the center are sand.

 

So whos going Easter Sunday this weekend to the LADunes?
Barney said last Easter they had to turn people away and better come Friday to get a spot.
I duno to beleave that or not.I have yet to see alot of peeps at the dunes at the same time.
Why would Easter Sunday be different than any other Sunday for ATV riders?Seems like it
would be less people due to kids and Easter.

Im doing the family thing this weekend. So no trip to the dunes. Besides that I have to rejet the bike, its running lean.
