It isn't near as good as BRSD in my opinion. The track was too soft, to the point that the front tires would not stay on top of the sand. They would pull you all over the track. It got better as the day went on, but they don't drag the track. They just work the starting area over once in a while. There were ruts probably 8" deep at the starting line.

My wife's 15 year old cousin Eric was getting our timeslips for us and marking on them whose they were. According to what he gave us, my best time down there was a 4.675 ET. They do not provide mph at this time. Also run a .500 tree and they add your reaction time to your ET for a Total Time. Kind of weird looking at those timeslips until Joe Hamm figured out what they were doing.

You know, we should take a light down to St Joe to start the drags. I have one of those million candle power rechargeable types that would work. You could see that in the daylight no problem.

You never know what kind of wave you're gonna get down there and its hard to gauge how you're doing out there unless you're Daren or THEBOM... They're always in front anyways! [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

Boy, 4.6's that's fast. I remember when 4.9s was out of sight. What did you think of the R-1 Raptor. Pretty fast huh ?

Well I'm about packed for Sat. I got a set of carbs to tune on one of my bikes. And Faron needs a few small thing done before he gets to ride.

Any out of state bikes going to show up?

That R1 Raptor was very fast. It made me wish that I could have installed my 929 motor into a quad frame.
