Heywood, hondacowboy, and all the other Jarheads that read this post....

Man...we had a blast! Deep mudholes, steep rocky trails, and plenty of deep creek crossings made for a great weekend at Honobie Creek over the weekend. There were only three couples at Clayton Lake State Park, riding four utility quads and a Yamaha Rhino. So there was plenty of room to let her rip...

We met a great couple from Durant that showed us some new places to ride. We did most of our riding east of 271, way out in bigfoot country. Saw plenty of deer and turkeys...and a few snakes. Bigfoot...he was a no show.

Hope to get with you guys and do some riding down there soon. Some friends and I are tenatively looking at the weekend of Aug. 14th and 15th. Think you guys could make it? Hoss..you're more than welcome to come on down too.
