Does anyone know if there are showers, lake, pond, hose pipe, etc. out there to clean up after a hot day of riding?

Didn't sell the bike as planned so I guess I will put it back together so I can whoop up on some folks.Where is this place?I know where Sicily Island is,driving directions that is.

 

From Shreveport I would run I-20 over to Rayville. Then I would take La-15 down to Sicily Island. The road will intersect with Hwy-8 in Sicily Island. Take a right on Hwy-8 toward Harrisonburg. You will travel approx 5-6miles until you come into a little place called Leland. The only thing in Leland is a small store. You need to take a right at that store and travel approx 4-5miles and be looking for a gravel road with a sign at the front that reads Sicily Island Gravel Pit on the left hand side. Turn down that road and look for the signs. They will have Catahoula Recreation directing you from there. Come on down and lets do a little drag racing and sand climbing.

 

Thanks choose04'.Started putting the bike back together tonight,taking my time and trying to remove more weight as I go,and put the "fast stuff" on of course.Won't make it this weekend but will next for sure.

I would say run hwy 165 to Monroe and follow the directions that choose04' posted.JMO.

 

Hey VooDoo, use mapquest or something similar...That should help get ya there to Sicily and then follow some other directions posted up to get ya the rest of the way...Hope ya'll have a good ride!!!
