michigan trails, nighttime?

yes you can legally ride 24 hours a day ,,, but
you must have a working brakelight ( darn honda's ) and headlights ( obviously )
my Honda Rancher is a 2001 w/o a brake light ,,,,, this has never stopped me from night riding ....
just tell the rider behind you to keep his distance or you'll be replacing a tailight !!!!
both my wife and son's polaris's do have brake lights!!!! and there always behind me !!!
so atleast people coming from behind can notice us stopping !!!
now during hunting season ( novenber ) this 24 open policy doesn't apply !!!!
