New Philadelphia

Does anyone know how to get to the parking area for New Philadelphia? We ride/park at St Clair ALL the time and have riden to New Philly, but do not know how to get there from the road.
Any help is appreciated

Have not even heard of either place but they are both close to me and we are desperate for places to ride. Is it trails or track? Someone help us out here!
