Mn riders, Red Top ride, Oct 10
Going to Red Top, which is by Isle in central MN, on sunday the 10th of oct.
Red top has some rutted wet areas, but shouldnt be deeper than 20 inches. Sport quads, could make it, but it'd be tough in the rougher areas. Its a good trail to get out and use the 4x4. Times are still open, but 10 am start seems good.

Look out on the "eastside" trail. 2 weeks ago one of them bridges they lay down over the marsh/bog was gone. Had a heck of a time getting through, half of the group I was there with turned around, even though it is a one way trail. (I made it through though ).
This is right before the eastside meets up with the adventure trail.

I was there about a month ago, and there were some sloppy spots, and the ruts are getting pretty deep, and I had noticed that the boardwalk was gone. I kind of like that, sounds like itll be fun.
The parking lot is either on 5th ave or 3rd ave , on the old railroad tracks. Heres the map. I believe there is a dnr sign at the lot.I never pay much attention to street signs, its one or the other.

Saturday, Im gonna be selling a truck and doing chores... were going on sunday. Hope the weather is still good. I cant believe how nice this fall has been.
If you can go on sunday, were gonna be at the parking lot, in Isle, about 10 am to about 10:30. Theres an old railroad bed, which goes thru town. (Its now the soo line trail.) The parking lot is next to the mil lacs drift skippers club house. Youll see the trucks and trailers.
Saturday doesnt work for the rest of us, so were only going on sunday.
If you can make it...let me know and well wait up for you.
