i keep hearing these cop stories.....i guess me and my crew are just luckly.....we even take the back roads to get to the pits and have never been bothered by cops, everybody was out there today......i think we finally seen everything the pits have to offer!

 

i think the cop stories are b.s. cuase my friends dad said that they would never 1 waste their time on foot back in the woods tryin to chase people down, they just patrol the perimeter, and 2 would never pull out their gun in a situation like that.


also i didnt get to go out in the pits today cuase of lack of a trailor...i was pissed. but me n my dad took our jeep wrangler back and explored for a place to park at the pits. Found 2 spots but were keepin them a secret so they dont get ruined.

 

yea some are kinda hard for me to believe........but i hope i don't end up with one......!

 

yeah i dono why people are so picky about us riding, its not like were harming anything. just makin some trails through the woods....not as bad as tearing down the whole woods and putting in a neighborhood.

 

why don't you guys go to the county court house in the land records department and look up to see who owns the property. Maybe if the owner was contacted and offered like $5 for a day of riding per person he would have no problem with riders. Hell, even $10 a day is cheaper than a $500 fine.

 

i cant believe some of you are doubting my story,thats just not right.why the hell would i tell you all b.s.,so you will stop riding there?like im an advocate for someone trying to stop illegal riding.come on i love riding just as much as the next guy i have 2 quads.i say the more the merrier espec. at the pits its by far the best place i have been.i see how it is though,try and give a fair warning to all you riders of this area and i get called bluffin......i dont get it but think what you want im not no kid here makin up stuff for fun.i have no idea why one cop on foot would come back there and then pull his gun but i guess you would have to ask him.however dont worry abot me warning anyone anymore since you all seem to take my story as a grain of salt..........

 

bad *** , my dad rode there before i was born im 24 and ive been goin there for years before atvs blew up i was out there on my mx 80 and then my suzuki dr 200 and ive been busted and ive seen guys busted and sometimes those cops get a bone up there *** and they will go lookin, but i only know of them patroling the perimeter, so i know your tellin the truth!

 

yeah my bad maybe you werent lieing...but where abouts in the pits do u ride..badass...becuase ive only ran into one person on a dirtbike back there and i go almost every sunday.....but i go around 4 so that might be the answer

 

well the majority of the side i ride is surrounded by van dusen rd and virginia manor.you dont know that wide open mostly sandy trail that is like 3 mile long and you can see it forever?that is the main feature of where i go because it you can access 99% of the wooded trails from that at some point or another.anyone else know what i am talking about?

 

anybody here ride dirtbikes if so what do you ride?
